How does BotBrain draw power from the Unitree Go2?
How BotBrain draws power via XT-30 from Go2; tip for tight connector clearance.
The BotBrain compute module draws power from the Go2’s internal battery via an XT-30 power connector on the robot’s back interface panel.
The XT-30 provides a direct, unregulated battery voltage feed. Some users find the connector hard to seat due to tight clearance from the aluminum back plate.
Workaround: temporarily detach the back plate with a hex driver, firmly seat the XT-30 connector, then reattach the plate.
